Courage — taking a risk and ‘going there’, because what gets talked about will determine what gets done
Sometimes it feels easier not to listen, talk or seek out the facts — we’ve all been there. But failing to overcome your fear can be fatal for a business. One of the biggest shifts a leader can make is to actively listen to stuff that is hard to hear — to face up to the ground reality of their business and then talk it through to get it sorted. Finding the courage to do so will reap rewards of insight, stronger relationships and more purposeful direction.
